This absolutely beautiful pendant is made using a wonderful gemstone called Shattuckite.
This gemstone is mined in Arizona and is a stunning mix of blues ranging from Oceanic to Robins Egg blues.
Said to be the stone of truth, this gemstone is a relatively new gemstone only being discovered in 1915 in a Copper mine called the Shattuck Mine in Bisbee Arizona, with stunning blues ranging from Oceanic deep blue to a gorgeous Robin Egg Blue.
Along with the beautiful Shattuckite I have added a stunning Sky Blue Topaz to give that little bit of sparkle to this design. This piece is a true one off and will never be recreated by myself.
The pendant is set in Sterling Silver and this year as an additional mark to the usual hall marks and makers marks Birmingham Assay Office have commissioned a special mark of a Rainbow and Heart for 2020 to honour the amazing work that the NHS has done throughout the pandemic.
This necklace can be made in either an 18 inch or a 20 inch necklace
